Is there is any drug for hepatitis B carrier ? what is dose and duration of treatment?

Answer

For a hepatitis B carrier state without any symptoms or liver derangement, one just needs to observe. ONe needs to do HBV viral load and HBeAg to determine the course of action. INterferon is recommended in patients with decompensated liver disease with high viral load and positive e Antigen.
