Hi in hypersplenism which indices come down first in the most common circumstances is it neutropenia or anemia or thrombocytopenia.but if only two indices are down for example,only HB and white cell is down but platelet is normal can it still be hypersplenism

RBC destruction is more in hypersplenism and so anemia may be one of the first signs to appear. Other cytopenias such as thrombocytopenia and leucopenia may be seen associated.
