Question
What would be a bump like rash on top of the arms of a 13 year old boy. These are small bumps that have been there for a few months that we can't seem to get rid of. There is no itch or redness, just small acne like bumps on the upper arms and it is slowly appearing on the forearms. It is only annoying for cosmetic reasons. Thank you.
Answer
Milaria or heat rash is caused by excessive sweating or overheating when the sweat glands are blocked-off. They are non-specific and do not need treatment.
