Gyan Mudra :
Oppose the index finger with the thumb, keeping the other fingers straight.
Use of gyan mudra:It is useful for treating mental disorders, sleep disorders (for both excessive and decreased sleep), weak memory and hot-tempered individuals. It has to be done for minimum 30 minutes per day.
Varun Mudra :
Oppose the little finger with the thumb, keeping the other fingers straight.
Use of varun mudra: It is useful in disorders such as anemia (low hemoglobin) and skin diseases.
