BANANA
Properties:    It is a sweet and astringent fruit. The fresh leaves are used as plates for meals and are also used as bed spreads in patients with burns and skin diseases to prevent the raw skin from sticking to the bed and also prevents infection.

Usefulness:    The ripe fruit relieves diarrhea whereas the unripe fruit relieves constipation. It is a high caloric content food with less content of
water. The fresh fruit along with milk is almost a complete balanced diet.
