EYE CARE FOR GROWING CHILDREN
In growing children, parents should take certain care like:

should not sit close to TV.
Child
should not hold books close to the eyes.
Avoid
exposure to sharp instruments.
Avoid
rubbing of the eyes.
More
of green vegetables, carrot, fruits should be eaten.
Reading
in dim light should be avoided.
Lying
down in the bed and reading should not be allowed.
Avoid
too much of TV and computer exposure, especially computer games.
