My 7-year old son has been having bowl movements in his pants for the past year and continues to urinate at night. We have tried every thing from punishments to rewards, and nothing seems to help. I've cut off his liquids at 6p.m. and prompted his bathroom visits every 2-3 hours. He says he can't control the b.m.'s and I'm so frustrated at this point, I'm not sure what to do. Is there some sort of medical reason this is occuring, or is he simply lazy? Please help! - Check out the answer
