I have 2 sons aged 3 yrs and 9 months. At birth both of them did not have the foreskin. It looked like they were circumcised. The doctors checked and did a renal ultrasound and everything was normal. I would like to know what is this condition and whether is it normal for certain babies to be born like this? Is there anything else that has to be medically done for my kids? Kindly reply. My son is 9 years old, just happen to catch him coming out of the shower and noticed that his penis is almost non-existent. I am an NNP and am familiar with micropenis in newborns and do not recall being worried about that particular diagnosis when he was a newborn. He of course refuses to go the pediatrician for this and I am wondering if I am overreacting. In addition his scrotum appears to be normal size. Thank you, Check Out the Answer
