i want to knw the best way to handle cyclical neutropenia when anc goes really low and if any infection is there due we give neupogen everytime
Answer
For cyclical neutropenia if it does not cause any infection, there is no treatment required. If the child gets an infection, antibiotics may be given. If the infections are too severe and too frequent then G-CSF may be given.
