I am a paediatrician visiting the Philippines
I found too young children with TB meningitis who need VP shunts but they cant get them because they have to pay for the shunts
I am told that the will cost about $300 US$
I want to donate some shunts
can anyone advise me on how I can get cheaper shunts for these children

In India the VP shunts are available for around Rs 1500 to 6000 i.e. around US $35-120. |
