Floating kidney is a condition where the kidney is released from its moorings of fat, peritoneum, and blood-vessels, and occupies an abnormal position. Patients are advised avoiding strenous exercise and straining to pass stools. As far as possible contact sports should be avoided to avoid trauma. |
