Question
I know about the Anti-D shot and why it is necessary, but I have heard that it is only needed in the second pregnancy. If the shot is given in the first pregnancy because the mother is negative and the father is positive, could it cause a problem for the baby if it's not necessary in the first pregnancy? Thank you so much for your time.
Answer
No there is no problem if it is given in the first pregnancy.
