Question
My male baby is 8months old. Since 15days, there is swelling at upper eyes. Swelling is usually in morning or after baby wakes from sleep and it disappears after some times. Apart from eyes, there is no swelling anywhere in body. Please let me know is it due to some disease or it is just o.k
Answer
Get a urine examination done to rule out loss of proteins in the urine. If there is loss of proteins, consult a pediatrician to rule out nephrotic syndrome. Back to All Questions
