I usually let my 3 month old baby wear mittens because she always scratches herself when she has no mittens on. However I was told that she needs her fingers to be free so that she can feel things & strengthen her fingers. Is it true?
Answer
Yes, it is necessary to keep the baby's hands unwrapped for sometime so that free movement can be enjoyed. If she scratches herself, make sure to cut her nails. Back to All Questions
