Question
My 2 1/2 yr old grand daughter has been tested for allergies. It has come back that she is allergic to Dairy, Eggs, Wheat and Nuts. My daughter is beside herself in where she can go to get healthy snacks for her. She loves fruits, veggies and meat ,but she is a child. I hope for a possible website to help track done some alternatives.
Answer
Since the child is allergic to milk, alternatives such as lactose free milk or soya milk can be tried. Also avoid eggs, wheat and instead use fruits, leafy vegetables, pulses and cereals. One may wait and watch to see if she outgrows her allergies and then maybe one can reintroduce those foodstuff one at a time.
