Question
Hi my daughter is 10 months old and I have decided to stop breast feeding. I reduced the frequencies that I feed her and started giving her other foods at that time. But still I find that my breasts are producing milk. When will it stop? Will the collected milk create any problems like cancer or other deceases? My breasts also sag. Will it regain its old shape? Regards
Answer
The milk output will slowly decrease. The milk that comes from the breast should be removed by manual squeezing and should not be allowed to accumulate.
As the milk production decreases, the breast will soon regain its shape.
