I have a nine month old baby boy. His face color changes to purple when he cries at times. But the normal color restores back immediately. What is the reason for this and should I have to get him examined?
Answer
Have him evaluated by a doctor to rule out a heart problem or a lung disease. This bluish tinge may be also due to a condition called as Breath holding spell.
