Question
Our son was born with Cephalhematoma. He is now 10 days old. His Cephalhematoma has gotten bigger (perhaps doubled in size) during the last ten days. Is this normal? He is eating well, sleeping well, and is otherwise a happy baby. Thank you, George
Answer
Have him evaluated by a doctor to see if anything needs to be done. Since it has doubled in size, ongoing bleeding should be ruled out.
