Question
My 3yr old daughter has been suffering for this really bad chesty cough and runny nose since early Nov I have attended the doctors 3/4 times and she is still the same. She will be fine for a week and then sick again for 2.What should I do next AsI really don't want to give her Another antibiotic.
Answer
Since she is having recurrent cold and cough, one should rule out recurrent sinusitis and tonsillitis. Consult a pediatric ENT specialist for the same.
Also if it persists, she should be investigated for an underlying immune deficiency.
