Question
My grandson recently got glasses. He is 5. I'm wondering, why his glasses make his eyes look bigger from outside, whereas most glasses do not have that appearance. Is it because he is farsighted, or because of the strength of his prescription? Thank you.
Answer
This can occur if he has cylindrical numbers and a high refractive error. You can try high index glasses to remove this error if the refractive error is very high.
