It's been a month I have stopped breast-feeding my 6 month old son. It seemed as if I am not having sufficient supply. I want to start again. Can you help?
Answer
You can start by making him suck on the breast. Though initially there may be no milk output, this non-nutritive sucking will stimulate the milk producing hormones to produce milk. Gradually, milk will be produced slowly and gradually. Back to All Questions
