Question
I am looking for the best alternative to cow's milk for my 10-month old, something that has enough fat, protein and calcium, but I want to avoid soy. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Answer
Buffalo milk may be given in a 10 month old child. If you do not wish to give cow's milk and no soya milk, the other option is formula feeds. But, more natural, the better, hence, try buffalo milk or goat's milk.
