My son is 10 years old. But he is under weight i.e. 23 kgs. He frequently suffers with stomach pain. He is not pick up the weight and height according to the age. I think he has a digestive and stool problem. Please suggest me some advise immediately.
Answer
Some children tend to be thin as per their genetic tendency. Also rather than having one height reading, one should measure height after 6 months and see what is the gain in height in 6 months? If it is about 2-3 cms in 6 months, he is growing fine. If not, consult a doctor and examine him to find out what is the problem. Back to All Questions
