Our son has been diagnosied with UREA CYCLE DIORDER for this problem getting Excess Ammonia level, Doctors advised to give low protein diet , is there any special milk powder or formula diet availble in india can you please give details , I found these only in US , UK etc..not in india ?

There are low protein containing formulas available in India. You must consult a dietician for a low protein diet.
