Question
My baby is now 3+ months old and I was wondering if we can apply some of the Johnson's old products that are there in the market. I see that he has lots of dry skin and wanted to know if applying these oils will actually benefit. If I can indeed apply the oils, can we allow the oils to soak in the skin or should we bathe him soon afterwards?
Answer
An infant may be applied oil if there is drying of the skin or even an oil massage can be done. Usually almond oil is good for the skin. The best time to apply is soon just before the bath so that blood circulation is recharged and on bathing it will soothe the skin.
