Question
I recently read about a lady whose son was diagnosed with ADHD. He seemed to have deeper issues than this alone so she researched and discovered another disorder very similar to ADHD. I saved the article but cannot locate it. I would be interested in any information. I believe the disorder wasn't rare but wasn't diagnosed as often.
Answer
The other conditions that may be mistaken for ADHD are Language and Learning Disability, Tourette's Syndrome, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Conduct Disorder, Depression, Anxiety Disorder.
