Answer |
If your child is now in remission, he needs to take a good protein intake. Milk is a good source of protein. If your child does not like milk, try to add flavours such as chocolate, milo to make it tastier. The other sources of proteins would be eggs, pulses and even protein rich biscuits. Nuts such as peanuts, cashewnuts and almonds are also good source of proteins. In non vegetarian food, meat and fish are also rich sources of proteins. Thus, in addition to milk other protein rich food can be supplemented. |
