Answer
What you need to rule out, is the cause of puffiness. It could be due to a kidney problem that could be causing the loss of proteins in the urine. It could also be an allergic condition and last but not the least. It could be due to lack of sleep. All the causes should be ruled out and then rectified. For persistent bags under the eye, taking adequate sleep, eating healthy, natural food and application of cucumbers over tired eyes is useful. Back to All Questions
