My child is a premature baby was having last stage ROP & was operated on both eyes with no success. Kindly let me know if there is any other alternative solution thanks
Answer
Stage 5 ROP is suggestive of complete retinal detachment. It requires surgery in the form of vitrectomy or buckling procedures without which prognosis is quite poor. At the moment surgery is the only treatment available. Back to All Questions
