My niece is suffering from nephrotic syndrome for more than 1 year with relapses every time the steroids are tapered off.Methyl prednisolone was given form 18-22.2.03. On 23.2.02 cyclosphosphamide (endoxan) IV aws given.Doctors say she is not responding to the drugs. serum creatinine is now 2.0 and oedema has increased. What are the treatment options available now? |
