is it safe to use inhaled steroids in a child who,
as an asthmatic warrants its use,however is HIV+ &asymptomatic?any specific recommendations? & bronchi?

Yes, inhaled steroids may be given even in a child who is HIV positive but an asthmatic. However, it has to be given under guidance with proper monitoring for pulmonary infections. There are no specific recommendations for same.
