Is there danger to fetus if mother has nephrotic syndrome? |
Answer |
Nephrotic syndrome in the mother may not cause any problem in the fetus if the mother is in remission. However if the mother is on prolonged therapy such as steroids or cyclophosphamide, it can have some teratogenic effect on the fetus. |
