| What are the advantages & disadvantages of radiotherapy in retinoblastoma for one eye & its size recently 13.5/3.6 mm for my son Atul (date of birth 16/4/2001). While right eye is healthy. Treatment is going on AIIMS, Delhi since 28/2/021. 12 cycle of chemo has completed on 14/7/03 & two injections of carbo in defect eye. Others tests related or unrelated are ok. They will re-exam the eye after 6 months. I have now two options one is eye removal & another is radiotherapy. Can you give me your kind suggestion which one is best & is threatment going in correct direction? Thank you. |
