Question
have got weird twinge sensation in throat/neck area when sometimes swallowing fluid or chewing, feels like a stretching twinge, have been doctors who could see no infection or no swollen glands, have just come of herbal pills stack2 six days ago which were making my mouth chronically dry have had these symptoms for a week.
Answer
Since you have drying of the mouth and stretching sensation in the throat, one should rule out decreased salivary secretion. Consult a physician to rule out decreased salivary secretion and if present Sjogrens syndrome should be ruled out.
