My 12-year old son (entering puberty) has had 2-3 positive-for-protein urine tests. He is otherwise in good health. He's also on Adderall (For ADHD) which can Adderall the body. What are the concerns / cautions we should be mindful of?
Answer
Proteins in urine could be due to a variety of causes such as exercise, fever, nephtoric syndrome and underlying kidney disease.
