The one thing I needed when my daughter was diagnosed was real hope that she would live and do all the things other kids do. I felt very alone as there wasn't much the doctors could say except "take one day at a time each day is a mile stone”. I had faith and I prayed for her. She was in hospital 3 months, and suffered so much. The doctors and staff were terrific in every way. They got her through it all. She goes for tests every year now and we cherish every day. She has grown into a beautiful young woman, got married and had a gorgeous healthy baby boy. I hope for any parents out there who need hope that they will read this and it will help them realize that miracles happen every day, to never give up hope and even a prayer or two doesn't hurt.
