I just wanted to say my heart goes out to all of you,
I lost my baby girl to turners sydrome ,23rd july 2000.
I was 20 at the time and went for my 20 week scan with my husband, all excited with it being our first baby.
They found fluid on her neck and did a aminocentesis and then was send to st john radcliffs hospitial for a futher scan where we were told that she had fluid on her neck ,brain, stomach, lungs and around her heart and was told she wouldn`t live much longer as also one of her valves to her heart wasn`t working.
Two weeks later at 22 weeks and 3 days of pregnancy her heart stopped beating and i had to give birth to her three days later, during the labour my consultant came in to tell me she had turners and asked if i would be willing to let them perform an autopsy on my daughter.
It was the most emotional and hardest time of my life.
My heart goes out to all of you.
