HAND WASHING
Well, washing your hands helps to prevent the germs from spreading. Think about all the things that you touched the whole day – your shoe laces, your runny nose, the toilet seat and even your muddy football. And all those germs are already present on your hands and you are about to eat with those hands!!!!

You are also passing these germs to so many people whom you touch and making them fall ill without even knowing it.

That is why hand washing is so important. Using soap is necessary as it cleans your hands thoroughly and makes you squeaky – clean.

Always lather on both sides of your hand, your wrists, your fingers and around your nails and wash thoroughly with water.

REMEMBER TO ALWAYS WASH YOUR HANDS :-
  • Before eating food
  • After using the toilet
  • After playing outside
  • After touching pets / animals
  • After visiting a sick friend
