Alclometasone Topical Ointment/Cream
Indication :
Dosing :
Apply 0.05% of cream/ointment as a thin layer on the affected skin area 2-3 times/day. Duration will depend on response. If no response in 2 weeks, reassess.
Adverse Effect :
Skin atrophy, striae, Cushing’s syndrome, secondary infection, HPA axis suppression with high dose and prolonged use.
Hepatic Dose :
No dosage adjustments are recommended.
