Aliskiren
Indication :
- Children above 6 years (>20 kg) with hypertension. It is a renin inhibitor.
Dosing :
75 mg/day. Max: 150 mg/day.
Adverse Effect :
Diarrhea, cough, rash, increased serum creatinine, hyperkalemia, headache, edema. Hyponatremia.

Hepatic Dose :
