Indication :

Hypophosphatasia

Dosing :

2-3 mg/kg/3 times a week SC.

Adverse Effect :

Injection site reactions, lipodystrophy, ectopic calcifications, vomiting, hypersensitivity reactions.

Hepatic Dose :

No dosage adjustments are recommended.
