  1. Core temperature >38.53 °C or <36 °C
  2. Tachycardia mean heart rate >2SD above normal for age
  3. Tachypnea mean respiratory rate >2SD above normal for age
  4. Leucocyte count either elevated or depressed
for age or >10% immature neutrophils]

Severity of Acute Pancreatitis diagnostic criteria not met.
