Ambenonium
Indication :
- Acute Migraine in children >12 years of age.
Dosing :
>12 years: 6.25-12.5 mg orally at onset of headache. Can repeat after 2 hours. Max dose: 25 mg/day.
Adverse Effect :
Increased sleepiness, dizziness, dry mouth, vomiting, paresthesia, anaphylaxis, blurring of vision.
Hepatic Dose :
No dosage adjustments are recommended.
