What is the diagnosis of full term female, 3 days old with hydrocephalus and meningocele with widely opened all skull sutures, poor or absent more, suckling and crying, also there is limited joint motility (Arthrogryposis), and bilateral LL edema up to the hip, impaired PT and PC and haematemesis, also bilateral congenital glaucoma and megacornea.
