Can there be Post-ictal Leukocytosis and Neutrophilia in cases of proven Simple Febrile Siezure Disorder in infants where the etiology of fever is from Non-infective origin?

Yes, any stress can lead to neutrophilia. Since a seizure is a stressor, neutrophilia can occur post-seizure.

yes, leukocytosis/neutrophilia can plausibly be post-ictal/stress-related and does not necessarily indicate bacterial infection.
But I would not use the leukocytosis alone to prove that it is post-ictal. The AAP guidance specifically recommends that investigations in a simple febrile seizure be directed toward identifying the cause of the fever rather than explaining the seizure itself
