A 9-year-old boy with HIV on antiretroviral therapy (Abacavir, Lamivudine, Efavirenz) presents with Hyperlipidemia during routine screening. Despite being asymptomatic and having a stable CD4 count (900-970 cells/mm³), his lipid profile is deranged. His weight also increased significantly from 21.5 kg to 37.6 kg.
