An ill ventilated preterm with diminish perfusion but blood press is normal and heart rate. What is the cause and the treatment?

BP and HR changes happen later on, poor perfusion is an early indicator of volume depletion especially in an ill preterm baby - need to consider volume or inotropes, if volume has been given especially on day 2 or day 3.
