In children with viral bronchitis and a congested chest, should we nebulise at 3 percent N? Does dualin have any role? What should be given to relieve the chest congestion in children?

No role of 3 percent NS. Only if child has wheezing, then one may consider bronchodilators. For congestion, cough expectorants needed.
