Q. In children with viral bronchitis and a congested chest, should we nebulise at 3 percent N? Does dualin have any role? What should be given to relieve the chest congestion in children?

guidelines says no difference between 3% NS and regular saline

Yes we can give 3% NS to relieve congestion if lot of cough in the night. Duolin has such has no role if there is no wheezing . Ambroxol can be given to relieve congestion
