A 10-year-old female child presents with chronic headache, clinical examination reveals squint, left thumb atrophy.no weakness of limbs. gait normal. CT and MRI reveal hydrocephalus. Developmentally normal child. There is no past history of significant illness. Nutrional status normal. What is the diagnosis?

That may lead to raised ICT and squint and headache. A shunt may be required.
